(Click "Read More" for Justin, TX UFO sighting details.) No doubt you've heard about the meteor impact and sonic boom that gave residents in Nevada and California a startle on April 22nd. A fireball was spotted zooming down to Earth, along with a loud noise and quaking! Although the sighting occurred during the Lyrid Meteor Shower, scientists speculate the culprit was a more sinister, random meteor. A similar sighting - later chalked up to a simple jet contrail (hmm...) - also happened in San Antonio earlier in April. What's going on here, folks? These cases aren't surprising or new! A mixture of trumpet-like sounds, rumbles, hums, and booms have been popping up all around the world. Eery sounds have been recorded and reported all over - there was a strange uptick in January. Here's a great compilation: Texas has been no exception. Here's just one of MANY YouTube uploads featuring strange sounds in the Lonestar State. This one's from April 11th in Houston: A case in Clintonville, Wisconsin recently dominated the local news: Well, it seems the phenomenon is making its way to Texas again. (continued...) On April 22nd, someone in Justin, TX - outside Dallas - went out to star gaze with her husband and the pair heard a large boom, and witnessed flashing red and green lights seemingly crash land at a distance. On Saturday night April 21, 2012 I observed an extremely bright star in the west and on Sunday evening April 22, 2012 I wanted my husband to see the star, so I went into the back yard to see if the star was visible yet. It was, so I stepped back to the back porch to have my husband come and see and as I approched the door there was a loud "boom" (like an explosion sound) and my husband was coming out as he had heard the noise also---I had him walk with me out into the yard to see the star and as I was pointing it out to him we saw an extremely bright green flashing light, then a extremely bright red flashing light a little distance west of the green one. They were moving very fast toward the south and thru a clearing between the trees we could see a red light farther south from the other 2 lights. The whole event took about 30 seconds. We stayed out a few minutes looking for more but we did not see anything else. The event took place at 8:50 pm. I have never seen anything like that ever. It was exciting but at the same time disturbing. But that's not all, folks! Late last night a tweet from Spring, Texas mentioned the "sound" of a UFO, versus the sighting of one. The tweet reads "just heard a UFO outside not even gonna lie." Update: a roaring sound and a UFO was heard/spotted in San Antonio on April 25th.

Back in 2002 we just built our house in Justin TX and not a lot of houses around us (framing if anything). I saw a similar looking "plane" at night. It was lite up like a Christmas tree with red and green flashing lights out lining what could have been a triangle shape. It had no loud engine sound but looked very large and close. I never wrote publicly about it before, just felt it was a military testing plane because they train around us so much during the day.

On August 22nd, 2016 around 10:00pm in Tombal, tx heard an extremely loud rumbling noise that lasted about 15 or 20s and got louder and louder until it was almost deafening. Then it just stopped. Saw no lights and it seemed like it was coming from the ground and the sky. Did anyone else hear this?
