A pair of Texans watched a bright orange orb (apparently one of eight) hover in the nighttime sky, slowly move around, and then flash for a bit before disappearing. Apparently, local news covered the sighting (implying that many saw it) and suspected it might be a hoax - specifically, road flares tied to a balloon. Although the eye witness is satisfied with this explanation, she or he also comments that this is a regular sighting in the area, which seems to contradict the accusation of hoax. This object is just one of about eight that moved from Northeast to Southwest (approx) at regular intervals on the evening of February 12th, 2013 at 2135 Hours.
