A really interesting report detailing the sighting of an "odd"-looking helicopter being followed by an "oval" or "tic-tac"-shaped object has been sent to me: I just recently saw what I thought looked like a really odd helicopter, pure white, no apparent windows, no propellers on it anywhere, but shaped like a helicopter and about the same size. It was silent. The interesting thing about this one is that, behind and below the white "helicopter" there was a much smaller, oval (tic-tac) shaped object hovering and following the "helicopter". They were definitely "together" in some way. I had never seen anything like this, so I went looking for something on the internet to see if I could find out what it was, and I found one report on this Texas UFO site. But this is the only other report I've found about this kind of craft so far. I'm glad I found at least this one report, because it confirms what I saw. I wonder what they are. We are somewhat close to the Mexican border here, so it's possible it could have been a high tech border drone, as someone suggested on the other post. But still, we are about 41 miles from the Mexican border! Although the sighting occurred in California, and not Texas, I am featuring it here because, well, I think it's worth looking into! But also, the sighting reminded them of another one they had seen on this website. I'm still trying to find out which sighting they are referring to, but I did find a few other "helicopter/UFO" sightings for us to compare for now. Let me know what you think:

Got an oldie, but great international sighting to share. A video just hit YouTube and excited the UFO community on Reddit. Apparently, it's leaked video from Homeland Security and shows a military camera (of some sort) tracking a black craft, which at 2:32, splits into two separate objects: The following video was submitted to independent SCU researchers in November 2013 by an official source. For more information please visit www.ExploreSCU.org You will find the full report and FAQs on the official website. Could this be a true-blue foo fighter? That's no drone, folks! The only explanation besides UFO would be hoax. Many people have tried to debunk this as special effects, but there's no proof in the pudding at all for that just yet.

5/6 Update: NBC 7 local news is now refusing to answer questions about the event, while a very unlikely explanation that this was a lens flare (despite multiple eyewitnesses witnesses) is being offered up. A pretty phenomenal sight was captured by San Diego's NBC news crew and quickly reported on by local news outlets:
Some pretty spooky UFO activity had already been widely reported in the area just before this event!
So far, publications are suggesting that it's Venus causing strange atmospheric illusions. (Ha!) While others are saying the lights are a lens flare on the camera, reflecting lights that are in an identical pattern on the ground. That could be I suppose, but that seems pretty reaching, too. You be the judge, as always. Considering the recent spike in mass sightings of large crafts in Texas, this sighting is of particular interest. Check out more amazing sightings like these that have occurred around the country, including a pretty amazing triangle craft over Peru, in this really nice collection of videos from (apparently) the last few days alone:
It's a little frustrating that I can't find any other eyewitness reports and the news report doesn't elaborate on what the lights were doing before or after - if you have any info to share about this story, please do.
