Hey UFO, How's the STratosphere Up There? -Video from El Paso

• When: Sometime in August, possibly
• Where: El Paso
• What: White orb traveling

Unfortunately, the following YouTube video has very little context - the witness can't be heard discussing the sighting on camera, and there's no video description.

Fortunately, it's still a good find and appears to be a genuine sighting - the YouTuber responsible for it hasn't posted anything of this nature before.

In the video, a glowing little orb, winking - not quite blinking, travels upward in a straight line... to where, we'll never know, as the camera shuts off before the UFO.

What was this object (a plane?), and where was it headed?
