A really incredible daytime video showing a large, bright, shiny round object hovering extremely still has been uploaded to YouTube, and features great witness commentary. At the 3:22 mark in the video, a helicopter can be seen coming into the frame and curiously circling the UFO! 
So far, this footage appears authentic, but I would love to find out if any others also saw this UFO over California. If you can share more about this sighting, please do! Is there a reasonable explanation, perhaps some weather balloon of sorts?

It is exactly the same UFO as I saw in the southern part of France in 1997. Then this object was followed by three Mirage fighter planes who were flying very low and very very slow.
