Blue Orb of Light Seen in NYC, Witness Reported That UFO Sighting "Felt Nice"

Passengers in a car witnessed a bright blue orb of light hover over them. One of the witness snapped a photo of the UFO and explained having a nice feeling during the sighting, however after many mishaps in their life followed (MUFON Case 86541). You can watch the full video on MUFON but the light is seen through a car window so it is difficult to make much of so I did not upload it YouTube:

On my way to LGA airport in a Lyft, me and the driver noticed the orb hovering over us, at first I thought it was a beam of light being shot up from the earth, but it wasn't moving even though we were traveling around 60 miles p/h. We traveled under bridges and some distance. I saw it hovering for about 6 minutes and – it felt nice. There was communication in an energetic sense. It was an open, inquisitive and friendly feeling. Then as soon as I started filming it, it moved abruptly to the driver and things felt grumpy, then for weeks following I had many many mishaps and unfortunate events.
