Creepy Gray Humanoid Sneaks Up on Barbecue Party - Photoshop Hoax or Real?

A bizarre video showing a frightening-looking gray lanky humanoid creeping up on a barbecue has been reported to MUFON (case 80476). But is this a hoax? The photo was submitted on behalf of the witness to MUFON, and there have been documented sightings of creatures like this in the past, so that is why I am sharing it here. But is this a hoax? If it isn't a hoax, the creature may only be visible through the camera, as it appears none of the party goers are paying attention to it:

I received this photo (attached), which occurred in the Brazilian Northeast dated November 15, 2016, where we can see at the bottom right, a slender being of gray color, apparently tall, agaixado observing the people gathered in a barbecue.
Note: for the first information, they are suitable people.
I took the liberty to make some adjustments in the photo, for a better visualization of the being.
Without doubt it is an extra-terrestrial being.
I asked the person who sent the photo, more information about who took it, when and where it happened.

There is not much money or glory from posting a hoax on MUFON, so I am not sure what the motive would be, but people do get bored.
