Daytime UFO Sighting: Weird Transparent Object Hovering Over Rochester, New York

Where: Rochester, New York
What: Circular transparent white object hovering still in daytime sky

This past summer, a large semi-white transparent orb was filmed hovering in the daytime sky over Rochester, New York. Check out the video and testimony submitted to MUFON (case 80167).

Strange object moving very slowly though the sky. Second clip shows the object close range with what looks like a ring of lights in the center.....

These are the second clips of the strange object we recorded in Rochester NY. The first clip shows the object moving very slowly though the sky with tree as a reference point. The second clip shows the object at close range with what looks like a ring of lights within the center of the mass. I recorded this for around 1 hour . Later we expected to hear news of some kind of drone device or weather ballon test being experimented on in our area but nothing was reported and we couldn't find any local explanation for this object over our neighborhood.

What could this be? A weather balloon or party balloon? Why would it not move in the wind? As always, you be the judge!

I also saw this object in the sky over Midland Texas on the same day.. If you wish to know more, just ask.. This sighting was seen during me reviewing 3 military Helos crossing the sky, coming from the east and moving towards the west.

Hi Jack,

I recently saw an orb floating high in the sky above a colorado rest stop this past week that looks nearly identical to the one shown in this picture. Do you have any further information as to what it may be?

What ever this is. it was very interested in the helos that were passing my location. ( my back yard, about 8 miles from the airport) it appeard slowly, to full size, very transparent, just like the picture here on this site, stayed until the last helo was passed, then just faded out.. That is about all.

Jus seen this same thing this evening in Gallipoli's Ohio . This is exactly what my wife and I both seen. Except we seen a little more detail as we watched it through a telescope. This is real.

I witnessed something almost identical to this back in June 2017 in PA. My spouse also was there with me to watch this orb slowly move across the sky, and it started fading , and looked very translucent and you could see through it at times, then it would fade back to a milky white orb... I have never witnessed anything like it before...when I said out loud " what the f*ck is that thing" i swear it understood because it started to move faster and completely fade right out. We watched it for about 5-10 minutes before I said anything... Very weird.

I am a true ufo believer I saw the same object over East Tennessee in 2016 best I could find is the (google loom project) looks almost identical but I’m still out wish I could get the tracking data from google to see if the google loom balloon was in the area at the same time??

I also saw this in phillipines pampanga was 1am midnight the orb was slow moving but much nearer went left then back. Got a picture of it but fone then got bad camera. Year i think was 2012

One time in like 2015 in daylight Near Manitou Road (Greece, NY) I saw this white saucer think high up go across the sky but there was no cloud/fog following behind it. Was weird

I just saw the exact same object over canyon ferry lake in Montana. Over 50 other people saw it also and couldn't figure out what ot was either. Stayed in the same spot in the sky for over a hour then just vanished! Next morning an unmarked chinook helicopter was flying around the lake extremely low and close in to the camp are. Very strange we thought.

We just spent the last hour watching this exact translucent orb slowly move north as the sun set. We were watering our yard and I noticed the extremely bright object hovering in the sky above our home in Alberton Montana. I grabbed two pairs of binoculars and we layed in the yard watching and trying to take pictures. It change colors from neon white to red, then to white again. As the sun set, it started to show several blinking lights. I looked up on the internet, and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this sight’s photos and video..... exactly what we just witnessed!
We are completely baffled and blown away!!

August the 30th. Western N.Y on the shore of lake Ontario. Same object very low moving across the lake north to south. No sound. I have photos but can not seem to post here. I can send via a reply email if requested. Has there been any info regarding origin?
