"Object Shining Above the Mountain" - Daytime UFO Photo New Mexico

• When: September 29th, 2016 at noon
• Where: Deming, New Mexico
• What: Bright white light, almost disc-shaped, hovering over mountains

A large bright white craft or  "shiny" light was seen and photographed hovering over a mountain in New Mexico during the daytime. Check out the photos and testimony sent to MUFON (case 79611).

I was driving from Las Cruces to Arizona, I noticed the object shining above the mountain as I topped out of the river bottom and I watched the object until I passed it and it was behind me. At first I thought it was a hot air balloon but it never seemed to move, either horizontally or vertically. I looked up who to call for UFOs on my cell and called and left a message with MUFON. I continued to watch the object, thinking it would move and lost sight of it when I got past the area where it was directly south of me, which would have been about 10 miles west of Deming, NM.
I uploaded the photos in the same order that I took them in, over about a 15 minute period as I was driving.

What do you think this was? A drone or top-secret craft, or strange cloud? Aliens?
