At about the 30-minute mark of one of Joe Rogan's more universally-loved recent podcasts, guest Steve-O (star of Jackass) shares his sincere belief that drug use can induce hallucinations that give insight into other dimensions. While Steve-O used the technical medical term of "tactical hallucinations" to describe his otherworldly experiences, he also told Joe Rogan that he believed that "our little 3-dimensional experience is a very small part of what's going on in the universe... there's dimensions, all frequencies, everything... if you do enough drugs, the barriers between these different compartments get eroded somehow." He explained how during his years of heavy drug use (he is now sober), he heard voices, and believes they may have been "spirits talking" to him. What do you think of Steve-O's thoughtful and increasingly popular opinion that humans experience a very l limited reality, but may be able to find ways to interact with other dimensions, and possibly even the other side? Steve-O's point of view is not out of line. Consider the CIA's top-secret investment into the study of psychic phenomenon, the many well-documented cases of real psychics aiding police investigations, and far-out but nevertheless mainstream scientific theories like String Theory!
