Strange Glowing Object Floating Near ISS - See UFO Video from Space

• When: On or about August 24th, 2016
• Where: Space near the International Space Station
• What: Bright elongated light floating upward

A YouTuber who's been known to post videos of anomalies captured on the live ISS cam has caught a new UFO, this time a bright, fairy large cigar-shaped object floating upward:

Not a clue what this is. Other people must have seen this too. It disappears into the Earth Light and does not reappear. Short sequence repeated several times over. Streetcap1.

Are videos like these the reason that NASA will be turning off its live ISS cams soon? Or is this just some harmless space debris or camera distortion? What do you think?
