Strange Green Light Observes Hong Kong Protest

• When: On or about September 30th, 2014
• Where: Hong Kong
  
• What: Green light quickly and smoothly travels horizontally and then shoots up into sky over protest

It's not unusual for UFOs to show up at protests and other events where there the masses are hanging out. And this was a common occurrence well before drones were ever a thing. So, does that mean drones were top-secret before? Or not all of these impressive modern-day sightings are drones?

Either way, check out the screenshots and video - uploaded by a Scottish man recording a TV broadcast - below featuring a green light checking out a Hong Kong protest and then taking off into the upper sky:

UFOs have been seen and recorded around the world over protest areas. This UFO is round and moving from the sky downward toward the protesters. At the end of the video we see the UFO shoot upwards and disappear. Although this is unidentified, it could be a news or govt drone recording the protesters activities. Hard to say 100% unless we get better video out of Hong Kong, but to me it does look to be far away and a very large craft. SCW

Many outlets covered the mass UFO sighting, including the Huffington Post:

"I agree with Ben. This video appears to me to be a drone, as well," said Marc Dantonio of FX Models. "The vertical acceleration illustrated is not at all unreasonable. Some of these can really punch out of sight fast. The green lights are actually a bit of a standard. Green usually means that the batteries are at full charge and have GPS satellite linkup."
