Strange Ring of Lights Photographed in Minnesota

• What: Very large ring of lights hovering

A photograph of what appears to be a large spacecraft or ring of lights over Bloomington, Minnesota has been submitted to YouTube. The report was not submitted by the witness, but by a friend (MUFON case 79211):

I did not see it . Friend texted several pictures while visiting kids a college

Stationary circle of lights . They joked if we get abducted ... Then texted back and sent several pictures . Not sure what it is but pretty weird

Could this just a reflection of lights on the ground, or search lights? Or perhaps ET is visiting?
