Susan Sarandon Suggests Aliens Could Have Hacked Hillary Clinton's Emails

Susan Sarandon is one of the few Hollywood actors out there who has been critical of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. According to a tweet made by political correspondent Dave Weigel (and quickly reported on by the media), the Bernie Sanders fan suggested that aliens could have hacked Hillary Clinton's infamous email. She stated "whether they were hacked by Russia or by aliens doesn't matter. What matter is the emails." While Sarandon was probably joking, is there a chance she is being since with her theory?

Does Sarandon know something we don't know? Was this a "slip" of the tongue? Last month, TexasUFOs reported on a similarly curious statement made by the president of the European Union, who said that "those that observe us from afar are worried."
