Unsolved Files: Meteor or UFO Attack In New Zealand?

• When: February 11th, 2015
• Where: Tauranga, New Zealand
• What: Meteor preceded by strange lightning bolt-like light explosion in sky

Considering the recent barrage of mysterious meteor sightings, with many speculating that more than nature could be at play, it may be worth it look back at the amazing meteor event that was captured  in New Zealand in February  of last year. Although Valentines Day has become a common day for seemingly  natural  meteor events, including the record-breaking 2013 asteroid that injured thousands in Russia, this particular sighting may not have been a meteor at all.
