UFO Orb Filmed by ABC News Over San Bernardino Wildfires

A bright shining circular light was filmed gliding over the San Bernardino wildfires last month by ABC news. The accidental UFO footage was noticed by ufologisit Jamie Massan and shared on a Spanish UFO channel:

Could this object really be a plane or helicopter, perhaps the news footage was not at real speed? Or is this another example of the "orb" phenomenon. This video is very similar to news videos from Japan during the 2011 earthquake and tsunami:
