Unexplained "Mega Structure" or "Government Hologram" Reported Over Maryland

• What: Tower-like structure hovering in daytime sky

A couple of friends were driving along when they witnessed an odd sight in the clouds,  appearing  to them to be a "hologram" or "mega structure" of some kind.  They parked their car and got out to snap a photo,  which  they sent to MUFON along with testimony (case 84539):

I have a picture. Looks to be a mega structure or possible government hologram testing

My friend was in there car driving saw a mega structure in the clouds. Stop the car rolled down the window to get a better look and took the picture i have added as a attachment

It is unclear how long this UFO was witnessed, but perhaps others saw it and can add more detail to this report. If you have ever seen anything like this, report your sighting!

Do you think this could be a hoax? Or a rare cloud formation? Or perhaps the witnesses were looking through  a car window and so mistook a window reflection for a UFO? According to their testimony, though,  the UFO was  seen with the naked eye while standing outside the vehicle! Share  your  theories in the comments below if you have any!
