"A group of 20 people including children were mesmorized" - Lights Flashing in Dallas Area

• When: April 30th, 2016
• Where: Seagoville (Dallas area)
• What: Lights sparkling, flashing erratically - possibly Chinese lanterns

A video showing dozens of lights erratically flashing (or blinking), and filling a nighttime sky, was submitted to Texas UFO Sightings, along with testimony. Apparently many others also saw these lights and stopped to watch. "Mrs Nan" writes:

Noticed a cluster of sparkling lights traveling North to East around 9:30 p.m. They weren't so high above the sky but not near enough, but definitely noticeable. A group of 20 people including children were mesmorized as we had never experienced or seen such a thing. It was about 20-30 blinking lights moving slowly across the sky sort of like they were following each other. The cluster of lights suddenly stopped moving and blinking, just plain white lights and about 10 minutes later they disappeared and not seen anymore. Luckily I recorded a small 10 second video since at the moment I thought my camera did not capture anything, also took picture but after looking at it closely and zooming in you can definitely see it.
