"All of the sudden, the center of it just turned black" - Witness Recalls Bizarre UFO Sighting

• Where: Location unknown
• What: Sun-like object that then turned black and sped through sky

I have received a report of a UFO that was seen years ago, but clearly has never left the witness. Rafael wrote into me about seeing a large glowing object, which he thought was the sun at first. However, a black spot then appeared in it, and grew to encompass the entire light. After that, the now black and silver object sped off. I'm trying to learn more about this sighting, but in the meantime, you can check out the testimony below and let me know any theories you may have:

Type of UFO seen: Saucer with black and silver on top

Testimony: I was riding the bus On my way to work to hospital towards down town around 5:30 p.m. I was sitting on the left side of the bus looking out the window when I saw what I thought was the sun. I noticed that the sun spot was in first.of the cloud. It started to.look more like it was what gas spot. getting.bigger. Then all of a sudden the center of it just turned black. I look around the bus at the few people to see if any body was seeing what I was seeing..Nobody was. I looked to my right side to see if there was a reflection on the other side of the widow. I than I turned to watch the object again, the black spot shot to the right at at a high rate of speed towards town. I could see to the left side of the object that was silver but black on the side it was facing me. As I followed it as far as I could with out crushing my head on the window. I finally realized I had my phone camera on me. I was so.mad at myself .
