At 7:20 pm tonight, I pulled up to the red light at 10th street and 1825 in Pflugerville - I was on 10th, about to make a right onto 1825, so my car was facing north east. There was a car on my left that was either going to go straight or make a right, sitting at the red light (a silver Lexus I think). It was dark, but a very clear, crisp night.

As soon as I stopped, I saw a group of lights in the sky that were framed by the various wires and poles directly across the street, but were clearly a lot further away. It was very hard to judge distance, but if I had to estimate, I'd say maybe 1/2 to 1 mile away, possibly more. The lights were not pinpoint white, bright lights like an airplane, but light orange/white, and seemed larger than usual for airplane lights. There were roughly 5 or 7, in a triangular formation that seemed to be slowly rotating. I watched for a few seconds, then wound my window down and pointed them out to the two women in the car next to me, who said something to the effect that they were already watching them, and had no idea what they were. There was another car behind them I think, but I didn't look back for long. The lights continued to slowly rotate. I'm pretty sure I could make out the darker shape of the object that the lights were attached to, which was triangular. It appeared to be turning so that it was upright and almost flat edge facing us. I started driving again, taking a right as I originally intended and continued to see it for a few more seconds, then it just disappeared. I looked for it again as I was driving up 685 towards Starbucks, out to my left across the fields, but saw nothing. The entire sighting probably lasted 45 seconds. I wish I had talked to the two women in the car next to me, and asked for their number or contact info so they could at least verify the sighting.

It was hard to judge distance, but I definitely had the impression of a very, very large object, that was quite far away - a mile or so perhaps.

I bumped into a police officer outside Starbucks on 685, and I asked him if anyone had called anything in regarding the lights, and he said no. He was very nice and patient, and listened to me basically waffle like a mad person for five minutes.

I will go out tomorrow evening and look from the same spot, with camera and binoculars. Please let me know if you hear of similar sightings in the area from tonight. I find it hard to believe myself and those two ladies could have been the only people to see it.

I've attached a map image where I've (really roughly) indicated where I was parked, and the direction I was looking when I saw the lights (see red dot and arrow in center of image). Note that the lights - as far as I could tell - were a mile or so away, so not on the attached map.

I had just got home with the kids. I went inside and the two teenage girls went to check the mail. Suddenly they started knocking on the kitchen window and called for me to go outside. I went outside with my younger daughter and saw them pointing at a large object in the sky. The object was orange/yellow in color. It was a disc/sphere. It looked like fire was coming out from the bottom. At first I thought it was a hot air ballon, but it was moving too fast. It travelled toward us, faster than a hot air balloon but slower than an airplane. It made no noise. It hovered near us for a few moments before it shot straight up into the air at a very high rate of speed. Then it changed direction to the right and appeared more white in color. Then it faded out of sight. The girls said that it changed directions and descended again over the trees and faded out, but I did not see that happen. We watched the object for several minutes before it shot of into the sky. My daughter took a couple of pictures with her cell phone. We really couldn't get a good shot to tell what it was or see any other details.

It was 10am January 1. We were headed east on I30 @ the Beckley exit, the object was rectangular and appeared to be over the downtown area. It seemed metallic or reflective and moving too slow to be an airplane. It quickly moved out of view but when we got on 75 north clear of downtown you could see it off in the distance to the northeast. We see planes flying in and out of Love Field all the time and this was like nothing we had ever seen. It wasn't as long as a 737 but was taller.

My friend and i were outside her home in mission last night when we say a round shaped object gliding not too high above us. It was slowly moving from north west toward the south. It was a bright firelike orange in color. It made no noise at all but moved too slow and too low to be a regular air craft. At the same time my family in a different part of town said the heard a very loud strange and unfamiliar noise that also felt like a slight tremble. They say it sounded like a huge gush of air swirling over them. I got a couple of pics but because i was so freaked out and shocked, i took them a little too far and blurry. I have become a believer in UFO's!!! I want to know if anyone else saw what we saw last night.I have two pics but for some reason i could only load up one on here

White lights in the shape of circles circling the sky shooting off in all different directions and disappearing and then four long block shaped lights hovering in a circle and some shooting off to the right and disappearing.There also seemed to be a large circle in the middle of these lights.The first sighting lasted for about 15 minutes. The second has been going on for over 30 minutes.
