Technically the following is not a "UFO" sighting as it did not occur in the sky, however it might have been a shadow of something above, and regardless, it's well worth sharing with a community like this. Check out the short, but detailed description submitted to Texas UFO Sightings:
I was driving along interstate 35 going north toward Dallas right before Ennis Italy exit off the highway I saw a set of lights on the ground in the form of a circle the lights where the color of a deep orange like the sun set I was driving fast but the circle looks to be about 30 feet wide and and the spacing of lights was about a few inches apart in a circle I drive this route every day and I haven't seen them before nothin to explain this
"Watched for about 10 minutes and saw about a dozen of these things" - Cloud-like Objects Disappear into Sun? - Beaumont Area
On a clear cloudless day, a Texan watching insects beautifully caught in the sun's light noticed crescent-shaped "clouds" seemingly disappear into the sun - at least a dozen of them! Then witness fortunately submitted their account to MUFON:
Keep in mind I'm reporting what I saw but I don't know what that was/is. On February 10, 2015 when I was walking up the end of my driveway after getting the mail from the box, I glanced up at the beautiful, cloudless sky and a flutter grabbed my attention. Insects were flying high above me and the sunlight was shining through their wings making them look like sparkling Tinkerbells. I wanted to watch them longer but the sun was too bright. Then I realized if I stood in the shadow of the utility pole close to the end of the driveway, I could use it to block out the sun and enjoy the sight a bit longer. I stood there for about 30 seconds or so when another movement caught my eye. It was close to the sun and looked like a white crescent cloud, but it wasn't a cloud and was cupped toward the sun. It went straight into the sun and was gone. It only lasted a second or two. A few seconds later another appeared, the same shape though a tiny bit larger, moving at the same speed but from another angle and it too disappeared into the sun. Then a third appeared about 10 seconds later and was about the same size as the first. Their length was roughly about one fifth compared to the diameter of the sun. What held my attention was the fact that they were going into the sun and not away from it. I watched for about 10 minutes and saw about a dozen of these things. Have no idea what they are. They didn't look anything like the insects still fluttering several yards away from the utility pole. Went out earlier the next day, but didn't see any. I am going out again in a few minutes and have another look. Absolutely incredible to me. As of now, March 18, 2015, have not seen crescents again. Have not had a day with as clear sky as that day. Am curious to know if anyone else has ever seen this phenomena. My android phone camera couldn't overcome the brightness of the sun and couldn't capture what I saw.
"I am not ready to believe in "Aliens" yet and believe this is a secret government plane." - Odd Craft Speeds Around Richardson
A pair of friends followed a craft that would dart forward speedily at strange angles but also hover. One of the witnesses apparently has seen this UFO before in the area. Here's the full testimony submitted to MUFON:
I was with a friend who also wants to remain anonymous. She had seen this same object in the area on two occasions. I didn't believe her until Tuesday morning when we were leaving her home to go for items at 24 hr grocery store. She said there it is again. It was hovering over an apartment complex off of Custer road and the George Bush Tollroad. It descended into the complex. We made a u-turn to come around to get it on her iphone. It then popped up and hovered low over the train tracks for a matter of seconds then ascended again moving fast over to Canyon Creek Baptist Church/Canyon Creek Christian Academy where it hovered a few hundred feet in the air. She tried to get her phone to focus on it to get some video but her phone battery that was charged drained. We drove back around to the Church in time to see in descend at a much closer distance. It was kind of rocking in the air as it slowly moved out over an area of nice homes and duplexes. It then descended quickly. We saw a police car in the parking lot of a shopping centre across the street from the housing complex where it descended. We then drove down the street next to the church just in time to see a blue streak of light come down in the same area. We parked and got out and saw "It" at the closest point we had seen it yet. It arose from behind the nice area of houses or an alley and hovered for a few seconds before streaking off at an angle that was almost straight up. The "Object" was triangle shaped with no windows was black and grey similar to stealth jets. It was smaller than we first through maybe 15-18 feet wide and 25-30 feet long? The top angled up in sort of a flat pyramid dome with "Slats". There were no lights and it did not reflect any of the lights. It was rainy outside and very overcast. We had seen a small plane fly over earlier but it would have been to long for them to have seen it. Since my friend had seen this same object on several other occasions in this same area we were wondering if any other people have seen this object either? Does anyone know what it is or what it was doing? I am not ready to believe in "Aliens" yet and believe this is a secret government plane. She has a different opinion. Neither of us have filed a report like this before and hope MUFON will keep me anonymous.
"It's impossible, I know, and if I hadn't taken the pictures myself I wouldn't believe it" - UFOs Outside Katy
From the (seeming) return of the Stephenville lights to the sighting of a strange craft in Garland, March 5th and 6th were exciting days for UFO activity. Texas UFO Sightings is still looking into other reports from these nights, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, check out this wonderful photo and detailed testimony, kindly submitted to Texas UFO Sightings by Robyn French. It details multiple sightings - one that was witnessed by the naked eye and one that was accidentally captured in a photograph taken later in the night.
The following UFO was apparently in neither of the before or after photos, which were taken in quick succession:
Here's the full description of the two UFOs encountered:
My son and I saw a strange light in the sky around 8:30-9 pm driving west on I10 Friday March the 6th. We lost sight of the odd light as we came into the light pollution of Greater Houston/Katy.
Did you see either of these objects as well? Help solve the mystery and report your sighting!
Remember the Stephenville lights that appear to have popped up again? And the other account of similar lights in the sky, on the same night, but in the Dallas area? Well, we've got another eerily familiar sighting like that, which happened on the same night but in a different part of the state:
Texas UFO Sightings received a second hand account of a UFO sighting, which was apparently a mass sighting. Luckily, the primary witness was able to capture it all on camera and upload the footage to YouTube - but apparently the camera was really distorting. You can listen to the witness describe how creepy the discrepancy is. Check out the photo, report, and of course the video. The photo depicts a colorful, vibrating light bending around the night sky, while the video shows an orb vibrating and then seemingly being joined by a new small light, flying with them in tandem:
Angela C saw mysterious lights in the sky. I zoomed all the way in for her but she has the original plus two videos. This happened on Huffman, TX and she has people on her Facebook saying they saw the same thing that night!
