Yesterday in Irving, a reader of Texas UFO Sightings, SK, spotted a bright object in the sky that he first thought was a plane, but then noticed there were no blinking lights. He was able to get the UFO on camera, but unfortunately didn't catch the part where it got bigger and disappeared:
Some weird lightning that started to move across fast... We had a argument that it's a flight and mind you it wasn't... I am professional plane spotter and I never saw any flight without blinking lights especially at nights... I am not sure what it is exactly... It suddenly became bright and disappeared within seconds...
The object almost looks to be spiraling around and changing colors. Could it be a star or satellite? Why would it disappear so quickly though? We can only guess!

A reader anonymously sent photo and testimony of a pretty interesting craft in Marfa, that at first glimpse sort of looks like a blimp?, but according to the witness, it hovered and the photo doesn't quite resemble what they saw:
I was driving west on Hwy 90 that I picked up outside of Alpine TX on my drive home to California on Friday, August 7th . It was about 10am in the morning when I saw a white object in the sky that made me immediately think of the space station in terms of design. I first thought that I was seeing things, it was not tethered, it was very big and very white. As I got closer I decided to stop and take as many pictures as I could with my I-phone. I was a bit concerned since I was the only person on this very long stretch of highway and I'm looking at something that I'm beginning to think is a UFO. The object was hovering for a long time and then appeared to be ascending like a hot air balloon. Unfortunately my photos did not capture the object as I saw it. I've included one of the four pictures I did take.
A bright glowing object was filmed wandering around in Houston. It's possible this could be a helicopter or plane that is being filmed by an odd angle, but it looks more like a drone... or, well, UFO... to me. Checkout the YouTube video:

Texas UFO Sightings reader Ashley Courtney was alerted to a scene outside their home and so they went to check it out --- and what they saw were two hovering lights that then moved closer to the witnesses and changed colors from red to blue. Apparently the sighting went on for all of two hours. Check out photo and testimony:
Someone called me to let me know someone was on our property outside of town so I get out there and it was 2 lights an first we thought they we're distant headlights then as they moved we thought OK it's flashlights but they came closer an closer an sometimes turning blue an red an just seem to hover. We watched, took pics an video for 2hrs.
Very interesting that a neighbor or friend thought someone was on the witness' property right before this event. There may have been multiple witnesses to these UFOs. Did you see them too? Report your sighting!
A UFO - specifically, a "triangular boxed craft, huge with beautiful colored lights under craft to view" - was spotted near the coast and the video and testimony below were both submitted to MUFON. What's interesting is the sighting - which deeply affected the witness - was totally different first-hand than in the video. Read for yourself!:
I was traveling east on FM 3005 when I couldn't help but notice this large craft hovering over the beach shoreline with a lot of spectators with families on the beach.
