Blue Lights Flashing Over San Antonio - See Video

Video showing two or more blue lights flashing on and off in an irregular pattern has been posted to YouTube:

These blu orb's where fly n around do n very weird moves !!?

Planes, Chinese lanterns, and drones don't explain this. Could these be flares or two amazingly fast UFOs moving about the sky? Share your thoughts in the comments or on the Facebook page.
