Border Patrol Escorts UFO Witnesses Away from Scene - Marfa

• When: April 30th, 2013
• Where: Alpine/Marfa area (north of Big Bend)
• What: Bright red lights, stationary and then flying

If you're into UFOs,  you're not new to the Marfa lights, which are regulars. Bright orbs pop up in the same spot in Marfa routinely and have been around for centuries, and to this day, they've eluded explanation. Well, maybe they've got company. A husband and wife witnessed several bright, red lights in the sky, hovering and twinkling, and then taking off into the night sky. That last part, of course, is what makes these lights true-blue UFOs.

What's really spooky, however, is after several minutes of watching the UFOs, the couple was escorted away from the area by border patrol. But being so close to Mexico, that's not necessarily unusual.

Apparently, there is video of this sighting, but it's yet to surface on the web. I'll post it here if I'm able to get my hands on it! Later on that evening, many Texans - from all over the state - witnessed anomalies in the sky. Could these events be related?

stayed night n alpine.tx,@sisters. left @3:45a.m.,2 or 3 miles past marfa n the mountain,i notice a red blinking light thought it was a phone tower but way to high. about 1 mile away getting closer my wife notice 2 more blinking lights 3 total,at that point i stop n the middle of the road got out ande began filming, then i notice a bright streak to the left of the lights hovering.the streak gave out a bright light that i thought showed a crome or grey body, shot straight across then started to shoot up then disappeared.I comment it on video then continued to film the 3 lights.after 2 minutes or so,i drove further down hgwy 90 until i was almost under it.i continue to capture these lights for about 5 to 10 minutes until the border patrol question us and force us to move on with an escort.
