Great footage showing bright solid blue orbs of light hovering and disappearing and reappearing, along with some strange isolated spots of thunder and lightning, has been uploaded by the witness to YouTube. Here's a screenshot of one of the orbs that is the easiest to see on video:
Here are a few screenshots that show some of the lightning occurring in the area:
Although only one orb can be clearly seen in the video, the witness describes on camera seeing multiple orbs just like it, some even moving.
Perhaps this witness has simply filmed planes or drones flying through a typical Texas thunderstorm (the isolated pockets of thunder and lightning are not, by themselves, paranormal or super mysterious). Or are these blue orbs something far more mysterious, perhaps even a result of the storm itself, like "ball lightning," or as the witness suggests, ETs harnessing the power of the storm's electrical energy to charge up their spacecrafts? A passenger on a plane headed to Dallas snapped a photo of the sky outside their window, and noticed a UFO in the photo, and then also saw it with their naked eye. The photo was even shared with the airplane pilot, who suggested it may be a "drug balloon" (MUFON case 84162): On Thursday June 1, 2017, I was on American Airlines flight #127 from Orlando to Dallas appx 20 minutes from landing at DFW, time was appx 7;13am the sun was impressive in the clouds, so I decided to take a picture. I snapped the attached photo with my Galaxy S7 phone and when reviewing it right after, I noticed the orb looking thing in the photo. I was seated in 3F.
While a lens reflection cannot be seen with the naked eye, atmospheric phenomenon like ball lightning can be seen. Is that what we are seeing here? Or is this a drug balloon or man-made drone of some kind? Orbs flying alongside planes are, surprisingly, a common UFO sighting, most famously during World War II, when UFOs like these would show up alongside fighter jets, so frequently that they were referred to as "foo fighters."
Many UFOs were filmed during a Texas thunderstorm earlier this week, with a friend of the witness uploading footage to MUFON (case 84012). A cloud-like UFO can be seen hovering throughout the video, and at the 1:30 mark, another UFO - this time a large bright light - darts diagonally toward the UFO. At the 1:45 mark, a third UFO - now a fuzzy black orb - seems to fall from the sky: Ufo spotted on the 24/05/2017 a friend from
Earlier this month in Abilene, another witness reported a strange cloud UFO sighting. Could the events be related? Is weird weather in Texas creating ball lighting and other UFOs? Or could something even more mysterious than that be going on? A more mundane explanation is that this could be some camera distorting effect or even hoax. Share your theories in the comments below, or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, or report your sighting if you've seen something like this before.
According to the National UFO Reporting Center, an "aviation expert" witnessed something in the sky after a thunderstorm they could not explain, "amber" lights silently flying through the sky over Abilene (case S134064): On 5/11/2017 South side of Abilene, Texas, after a pretty heavy storm between midnight and 1 am, I was driving south out of my apartments and noticed 2 dark yellow, amber colored, what I thought to be stars, and stopped to look at them and they began traveling north they may have been already but I noticed they were moving towards me (north at an incredible rate of speed, I am a licensed A&P mechanic, and my father is retired air force and a lead inspector for ((name deleted)) Airline, and I have never seen an aircraft with one light very small like a star, but a dark yellow orange color no strobe or any other lights,
A large glowing amber light was spotted near Fort Hood this month, and there have also been recent reports of mystery orbs over Texas, could these sightings be related?
Considering a thunderstorm preceded the sighting, could this be a case of ball lightning? Or something even more mysterious? Share your opinions in the comments below. And if you also saw these UFOs, report your sighting.
A really amazing testimony of bright orbs of light moving about the sky has been submitted to MUFON (case 83422). Although there were no photos or videos taken, the witness description is very similar to often-documented cases of "dancing" orbs that tend to show up during unusual weather events, like during, before and after the March 2011 tsunami, and even above volcanoes. These orbs are so common they have names, like "spirit orbs," and are even sometimes attributed to natural phenomenons like "earthquake lights" as well as "ball lightning." Considering that the orbs in Waco were seen a day before the destructive and deadly tornado that swept through a town two hours away, I think is worth comparing. Waco 2017:
Group of white dots moving fast followed shortly by a smaller group of the same. All disappeared at the same spot in the sky as if going behind a curtain. March 2011 in Japan:
Do you live in Waco? Did you also see these lights? Report your sighting!
