"It was one day I wish I could have erased from my memory" - Flying Saucer Reported Over Dallas Area
A really incredible and detailed testimony of a flying saucer, the "color of copper metal," over Texas has been submitted to Texas UFO Sightings. James writes:
I was driving home, I had taken my Mother to a Dr's appointment. My 10 year old nephew at the time was excited to come with us because the 4th of July was coming the following weekend. We stopped to get him a box of fireworks and then headed home. To get to my house You have to cross train tracks off the 377 highway in Keller Texas. I dreaded it because there was so much traffic. So I pull up to the gate and stop, I started flipping around the radio, my nephew is in the back seat, and my mother is sitting there fanning herself. All of a sudden we looked up and a absolutely plain, unmarked copper colored disc was in front of us flying about 10 feet above my car, It looked like the color of copper tubing, no design, no indentations for any openings,no exhaust, like it was seamless. I don't know how anyone could get inside of it. It must have swooped down because when I saw it, it was right above us moving upwards, it made absolutely no sound, all we could hear was the sound of the train passing, and a black unmarked helicopter was right on it`s tail! The disc swooped to a hard right and jetted faster than a bullet out of a gun into the sky! By this time the train was gone, the helicopter was gone and all was completely silent. The engine of my car died! I looked at my Mom, we both were just in awe of what had happened. We get home, and from the time of us getting out of the car, to get inside the house we all three got the worst migraines ever! I know it sounds crazy, it sounds like something out of a movie! But it happened! It was one day I wish i could have erased from my memory because when You finally see one the first time, it is pretty scary as hell because You have no idea what it is you are seeing before you!
"It seemed to know when I was conscious of its presence" - Silent, Unlit UFO Spotted Over Hudson Oaks, Texas
An odd sighting of a "box-like" UFO that was black, silent, and unlit, through a telescope, has been submitted to MUFON (case 110262). I'm not sure what this witness saw! Do you have any theories? Let me know.
Small, Black, Unlit Craft. Slowly descended to a hover at appx. 200' off groud, 300yd away.
Three lights forming a triangle were spotted flying over the Dallas/Fort Worth area (or possibly closer to Stephenville, about 35 minutes south). This is according to a report sent in to me by witness Destiney Malone:
The kids and I had just left the firehouse restaurant in Granbury (sp) and was traveling through the Square of old town Granbury facing towards 377 towards Stephenville and these three balls of light was traveling towards us and usually when you see an airplane lines you see the body of the airplane you can look at the pictures these are live pictures so it actually shows that they’re moving and see that there is nobody to an airplane these are just three orbs of light in the sky Traveling in a V pattern, like how geez would but it’s just three balls of light. Everyone thought these were planes but I’ve looked these over and over and over and over and over and I’ve even taken pictures of airplanes that have flown over and you can see with the naked eye on the wings in the body of the airplane you don’t see that with these and they were just gone on a plane flies away you can literally see it until it finally disappears On the horizon.
A report of a very large star-like object that hovered for several minutes before vanishing in thin air has been reported to Texas UFO Sightings. This type of sighting - of "stars" that disappear - is common here in Texas, and around the world. So, what are people seeing? Are these alien spaceships, or is there an easier explanation? Read the latest testimony, graciously sent in by the witness, Chuck:
I live south of Fort Worth, in the Crowley/Burleson area. I had gotten up to get a drink and noticed through the window a bright light low to the horizon to the north. I figured it was probably an aircraft coming in to DFW, but it wasn't moving very fast if at all. I watched it hover for about 5 minutes when it flashed and then disappeared. There was other air traffic in the area which was easily identifiable as aircraft, moving and looking like planes should.
"My son-in-law suddenly pointed to the sky and said, 'What the heck is that?'" - UFOs Over Fort Worth Area
June 15th, 2020 Update: I followed up with the witness and asked if these UFOs could have been Chinese lanterns; I sent them a video of what lanterns looked like, as a reference. Here's what they had to say:
I talked your email over with my daughter and son-in-law, and we all agree it wasn't lanterns, for three reasons:
A possible sighting of UFOs over the Fort Worth area has been submitted to Texas UFO Sightings. Although no photos or videos were taking of the event, a detailed testimony was written. I am wondering if this witness may have seen Chinese lanterns, but I am not concluding that just yet, due to the apparently fast speed of these objects and other details in the report. It is possible that lanterns were launched celebration of Memorial Day. As always, check out this case, and let me know what you think!
I have never in my 68 years seen anything in the sky that wasn't explainable (sp), so hoping someone can explain this. My family and I were just sitting outside eating a late dinner. My son-in-law suddenly pointed to the sky and said, "What the heck is that?" At first, we thought it was an airplane. But the object didn't blink and the color remained a constant orange/yellow color...Very bright colors. It was approximately star-shaped and flew much faster than an airplane. And it was totally silent. It flew West and blinked out as We watched. We were discussing it and, approximately 5 -7 minutes later, another appeared. Same color and size, absolutely silent. Over the next 20 minutes, a total of five appeared within 5-7 of each other. The third was larger than the others, but still totally silent and appeared to be flying lower and closer. This time, it blinked out shortly after passing us overhead. Each time, the other objects flew West and each blinked out and disappeared in the distance. Did anyone else see these tonight? My son-in-law attempted to video on his phone, but we're having problems uploading...I will upload when we ascertain the problem.
