A family spotted a craft flying slowly and silently making its way through the night sky. And they filmed it. In addition to watching the clearly-lite craft travel along a straight path, you can also hear the family - including kids - discussing the sight. Some members think it's an airplane, while others are sure it's a UFO. The craft seems very large and appears to be flying very slowly and low in the sky. It also doesn't appear to make any sound. To further confuse the issue, the air craft's lights do not look like those of a plane (red and green... these appear to only be orange and red, though you never can tell with a video). The accompanying MUFON report does not have any more detail. Read quotes from the video and watch the video below: "You taking video? Do you have ideas on what this is - does this look like a plane to you? Comment! If you saw this UFO, too, please report your sighting.

A South Texas resident saw a fiery light zoom down into a lake and disappear near her home. She admits it could have been a meteor, but since it didn't leave a trail and mysteriously vanished, she strongly feels that's not an adequate explanation. What's intriguing is lots of folks - particularly in the Southeast Texas/Houston area - have been seeing meteor-like objects, but not meteors. The recent mass sighting of a fireball in the Houston area and Louisiana made headlines and was theorized to be a Chinese rocket re-entering orbit, but many are skeptical of this semi official explanation. Is this perhaps in the same category? Read the full NUFORC report: Bright yellow-orange light decending onto Lake Jackson,TX. |
