A terrifying red flying saucer (or "disc") was reported by a witness who observed it south of Dallas, specifically along old Waxahachie Road in the zip code of 75165. Although the event occurred several years ago, it was so frightening that it stuck with the witness, who is now coming forward. Nora wrote the following to Texas UFO Sightings:
I stepped out my back door to watch the dogs I was baby sitting take a potty break. I had a 6’ x 6’ concrete slab outside my back door and that's where I was standing.

Think you can explain this sighting, or have a good theory? Do you think Nora avoided an alien abduction experience, or is there more to the story, which perhaps the witness cannot even remember (hence the experience of "missing time")?

Another large, low-flying, silent V-shaped craft has been spotted over Texas, this time south of Dallas. Read the report sent to National UFO Reporting Center (case S134000):
a chevron shaped object flew 50 feet over my head at about 8-10 mph for 30 seconds going north and then vanished
Compare this testimony to the many photos, videos, and testimonies that have been sent into TexasUFOs and other online UFO reporting outlets and detail triangle-shaped crafts overhead in Texas and the rest of the world. Before this sighting, a dark triangle craft was filmed flying over Austin. This trend started this past summer and has not let up:

11/1/2014 Update: A similar object was spotted a week later in El Paso.
A very long and very intriguing YouTube video was recently posted and in it you can see a bright star-like object wiggling in the night sky and changing colors from white to blue to purple to pink and so forth.
Since the object doesn't do any crazy maneuvers, we have to really rely on the witness description (you can listen to it when you watch the video) to make sense of the sighting. As this could simply be a star or satellite that looks weird on camera:

A neighborhood in the Waxahachie area was witness to dozens of lights that passed overhead, two waves of them to be exact. Could this have been two large crafts, Chinese lanterns (seems very unlikely based on the description and photo, though this was a Saturday evening sighting), or...?
Check out the blurry photo (the witness is trying to track down higher quality photos from other witnesses) and testimony and judge for yourself:
My son came down stairs because he thought he heard something outside. I went out with him just to entertain him. While outside he and I noticed a row of 9 lights, round and orange in color moving from northwest to southeast at a quick constant rate of speed. They were coming from Midlothian, Tx area from where we where standing. They made a slight turn heading due south and just disappeared about 5 seconds after heading that direction. Just as the last of the 9 started the southernly turn another group came up over the horizon. We watched and estimated 40-50 of these lights over a period of 20-30 minutes. The objects made absolutely no sound. There were 6 other witnesses. 4 from the 3houses next door an across the street, and 3 from the neighborhood that stopped to ask if we were seeing the same thing and I we knew what they were. I'm including a pic but I could not get the camera to focus clearly on the object. One I the neighbors has some very clear pics and I will ask if they will let me use them if needed.
