Amazing Video of Metal UFO with Arms in New York - Clyde Lewis Asks Is this CGI?

A really weird video of a really weird craft was posted to YouTube by the channel Alien Planet and quickly picked up by Clyde Lewis's radio show (Ground Zero) and is causing some stir online. TexasUFOs actually avoids posting videos like these that are posted by generic alien/UFO channels without any information, because they are clearly being misrepresented. However, due to the intense discussion this is stirring, I thought it would be worth sharing here:

Is this a CGI hoax? Sightings like these really are posted constantly, but with no witness information, making them very suspicious. Perhaps this is a real video of a real craft but is actually from a different location and time (these videos get recycled in order to generate views).
