ANOTHER Triangle Craft Spotted in Buenos Aires - See Great Photo

A great photograph showing a tirangular craft with three bright white lights and one red one was submitted to MUFON (case 78279). The witness description was brief, but apparently this is the second time this craft has been spotted in a few months:

There have been many reports  of triangular crafts like this in the world lately, notably in Charlottesville, VA in late July:

Could there be an increase in presence of the military? Or perhaps aliens are visiting right now?
