Are the Phoenix Lights Back? - See Photo of UFOs

​Are the famous Phoenix Lights back?

A UFO sighting from this spring in Phoenix has just been posted to MUFON. Several bright lights moved in  a "circular motion" before disappearing. Luckily the witness caught the UFOs on camera and submitted a photo and testimony:

These 5 orbs moved in a circular motion and then just disappeared one by one.

I was on my way home from a corner store down the street, walking on the right side of the road when I see pitch black helicopters crossing the city. So I looked up in the direction they were heading and I see 4 lights that appeared to be moving in a horizontal direction. And then I noticed a 5th orb appeared put of complete darkness and moved up and down in between the 4 lights. They were angled down towards the ground on one side and pointing to the sky on the other side. At that moment I took a picture of 5 orbs. The center orb was lower then the rest and was apparently not connected to the rest. On a normal night you would see planes coming in and out of Phoenix, this night I saw nothing but 2 black helicopters.
