Bright Orb of Light Hovers Low Over Singapore

A person studying in a high building in Singapore suddenly noticed a bright light hovering outside the window, flying low. Check out the testimony and photo sent to MUFON (case 81526):

I was up at night doing my studies during midnight. My study table is basically facing the window and then i saw a bright light, like a very bright light came to my building. It didn't seem to be originated from a particular source or from any buildings. The light was like an orb that came up at midnight. When i saw it i got shocked and basically that shock kind of pulled me down to the ground. I don't know whether it was the doing of the orb or it just a sudden reaction but it was scary. The orb was blinking very bright and it was very close. It was closer than 20 feet.
