Dozens of Lights Travel Over Norway - Amazing Video!

A large collection of bright white lights traveling in a line, and blinking in a strange pattern, has surfaced on YouTube. See the video from Norway:

I can not explain what I saw. I'm sceptic and movie from that evening is still freaking me out... Any explanation?

These lights are similar to "earthquake lights" and ball lightning, a debated but somewhat known scientific "sky" phenomenon, but don't quite fit that bill. They definitely don't resemble air crafts, or Chinese lanterns, or weather balloons. Could they be reflections from a window? A hoax?... or maybe inter-dimensional beings?
