Before famed physicist Stephen Hawking passed, he financially backed the Breakthrough Listen Initiative, essentially a large telescope trying to detect alien signals. Another major source of funding for the SETI program is Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook.
Those who believe that aliens are already visiting planet Earth, and that members of the US government are aware of this, would probably find Zuckerberg's search for extraterrestrial life a waste of time. And money. $100 million, to be precise.
Those who believe the search for extraterrestrial life is a worthy one, however, may be excited to hear that the telescope that the Breakthrough Listen Initiative utilizes just got an upgrade, which will greatly increase its coverage of the cosmos and (apparently) chances of finding alien life. 
Scientists have been searching for radio signals since the 70s, however, when the Wow! signal made headlines.
Other similar news stories - of alien signals being detected, but never concluded to be alien - have continued over the years.
Could it be that alien signals have in fact been detected, but that they end up being classified? Perhaps Mark Zuckerberg is getting plenty of return on his investment. Perhaps the Breakthrough Listen Initiative is actively monitoring alien life in our solar system, rather than searching for it? As always, you be the judge. They have been outside of my Condoplex almost every night since February 27th 2018! I do not know what they want? When you look at them they almost look translucent and they're hovering I've seen up to five of them out of time. Between South Lamar Boulevard and Manchaca Road. The first time I saw them it looks like they were just patrolling the area going really slow above the Treeline just before the trees leafed out. I don't know if they're the government combination working with aliens? Haven't got a clue yet. But I just finally get so sleepy I just go on to bed and I pray before I go to bed I pray for God to send Angelic protection for me, and for everybody in my neighborhood, and in my city, and our country! I believe this th is a global problem that is not going away anytime soon. I walked up to the the mall area, and there were five of them up in the sky, and some just hovering, and looking like they were protecting each other, like a fleet Fleet of them. And, we have had a whole lot of condo complexes that have been built in this area just in the last 5 years, and so we had a lot overpopulation in Austin Texas!
