Mass Blackout and Sighting of Mystery Lights in Uruguay Reported

• What:  Several lights hovering and making triangle formations amidst blackout

A "massive blackout" and accompanying sighting of several  hovering mystery lights in Uruguay has been reported by a few UFO news reporting outlets, including UFOCaseBook.com. I am having trouble tracking down local coverage (which is difficult to do, when it is foreign),  but in the meantime here is a supposed photo  of the mass UFO sighting, in which multiple bright orbs hovered for a long duration of time and even made triangles over a locality in Northern Uruguay:
