Multiple UFOs Filmed Near Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas

YouTuber Steven Barone is a sky watcher who often catches UFOs on camera. In his latest footage, he shows lights over the Nellis Air Force  Base. Although the video is interesting, it is sped up and so it makes it difficult to judge:

I shot this video from my backyard in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada on the night of August 7, 2016.

No commentary or maps, just beautiful lights in the sky over near Nellis AFB and some relaxing background music.

Las Vegas is a UFO hot spot, and this video does indeed show some intriguing things - star-like orbs hovering, brightening and then dimming, and other lights moving in strange formations. However, could this just be passing planes and jets, which look distorted in the night sky and through this camera?
