Mysterious Beam of Light Photographed in Latvia

• When: November 29th, 2016 at 10:21 PM
• Where: Riga, Latvia
• What: Bright beam of light appearing for 2 hours

A strange line of light was seen and photographed by a witness in Europe, and apparently the "beam of light" sat there for at least two hours:

Very strong beam of light from somewhere that hit trough the foggy clouds. Was aprox. 2h in the sky.

The night sky was lightly cloudly, like a weak fog, you could see the moon easily that night.
