Mystery Craft with Red Glowing Lights Over New York

A New York couple witnessed a mysterious craft giving off a red glow hovering overhead. They uploaded video and testimony to MUFON (case 81164):

It was foggy out my wife and I stop a the Sweethollow diner and then looking west spotted this stationary object very high in the sky. We observed it for 4 minutes and I took a video and picture of it. When we came out of the diner 30 minutes later it was gone. It had two narrow vertical red lights t either end and the center had two roundish red lights that emitted more red light. I am not sure if this is a drone but it was a drizzling so I wasn't sure if someone would fly one in that weather.
