Photograph of Gray Alien? in New Jersey - Photoshop or Real?

A photo depicting an alien, which I've never seen before, and can't find any information for online, was just submitted to MUFON. But is this just some school kid prank? As always, you be the judge.

apparently shows an ET sneaking around a car, a "gray alien" type if you will. The photo was sent to the person because they are part of a "paranormal club":

A friend sent me this picture because I'm involved in a paranormal club at my school. His friend said that he and his buddy were just getting home from hanging out. He parked his car in front of his apartment at approximately 3 am. As they were talking one of them saw something between two cars across the street from them. He then took a picture of the entity with his smartphone and IT dashed away.

Reports of alien sightings and/or abductions are rare, but are worth sharing with the community for review, considering their implication!
