ANOTHER Large, Bright Meteor - Debris from Large Asteroid Flyby?

• Where: North Carolina and Virginia
• What:  Bright daytime fireball/meteor

Another very large and bright meteor was spotted this week, this time along the East Coast in the US, and this time the fireball was spotted during the day, which is unusual as the sun's rays typically drown out such objects.

Is this part of a "wave" of meteors passing by planet Earth right now? After all, an extremely giant asteroid apparently made a close shave of Earth during the same time frame.
