Shapeshifting Star? Over London - See Video

• What: Star-like object that then changes shape

A couple noticed an unusually bright star in the night sky, so they decided to film it. The object then appeared to change shapes or move, so it was definitely not a star. What could  it be?

Drone doesn't seem to be a suitable explanation, so this UFO is pretty perplexing so far. What do you think?
