Spooky Lights Over Charlotte, NC - See Video

• When: On or about October 15th, 2016
• Where: Charlotte, North Carolina
• What: Multiple lights in formation or attached to one craft, moving and hovering over downtown

Charlotte, North Carolina is officially a UFO hot spot right now. After multiple triangle UFO sightings in the city, now a witness has captured a single craft with multiple sparkling lights, or perhaps a formation of lights, over the La Meridian Hotel  in downtown Charlotte:

These do not appear to be typical Chinese lanterns, but could these be something similar to that (perhaps "LED" lights, which a user on Reddit has suggested). What do you think?
