UFO Wanders Around and Hovers Over St Louis Arch, and Causes Media Stir

• What: Bright orb wandering around very high in sky, hovering over St Louis Arch, disappearing and reappearing; Identified: possibly a drone

8/12/16 Update: Fox2Now.com is now reporting that there is video showing the origin of the strange light (or lights) over the St. Louis Arch. In downtown St Louis, lights were filmed rising and falling. Is a drone to blame for this mass  UFO sighting? As always, you be the judge. TexasUFOs did initially speculate that this could be a drone.

According to Fox2Now.com, a "strobe light"-like UFO wandered around over the iconic St Louis Arch, and was captured on video by an Illinois man who is frequently in the area. His video was compelling enough, but there is now security cam footage showing the UFO in more detail, or possibly multiple UFOs, moving about all over the sky. This footage was posted to the Facebook page for the Malcom Memorial Park. Could this be a drone, or is something more mysterious going on? Check out a few photos and then watch the videos below:
