A really amazing report of a saucer crashing in Mexico in 1997, the same year a saucer was seen flying over Mexico City, the same year of the Phoenix lights, and! the same year of the White Sands, New Mexico crash, has just been submitted to MUFON (case 80905). The report is in Spanish, but has been roughly translated below.
