Unsolved Files: Cigar UFO Moves Slowly Over Richmond in Daytime Sky

• What: Cigar-shaped white glowing object moving slowly

A daytime video of a large, glowing, white, elongated UFO moving slowly (or possibly hovering) over Richmond, Texas was uploaded to YouTube a year ago, but I somehow never discovered it at the time. Now, a a UFO channel has resurfaced it, and so I thought I'd share it here:
