Weird Worm-like UFO Spotted and Photographed Over Pennsylvania

• What: Rod-shaped, "worm" like UFO moving around in daytime sky

A driver on the road noticed a very weird "worm"-like object "moving around" in the sky in Pennsylvania. They pulled over on the side of the road to snap some photos (MUFON case 83804):

Long Black , moving like a worm would had what looked like a front window . Personally I've never seen a ufo in my life but the lights I see in the sky at night . I was driving down the road and noticed the strange object moving around , I pulled over and took pictures .

Cigar or rod-shaped UFOs, believe it or not, are one of the more common UFO sightings out there. Is this another "rod" UFO to add to the books? Or is there an easier explanation, perhaps a balloon or some lightweight debris caught up in the wind? What do you think?
