Last year in April, a Texan was checking out Google Earth when they spotted some strange objects seemingly hovering over Aurora. They shared details with MUFON. See the Google Earth screenshot and read the description of its discovery below: This is a Google Earth image; attached below. Hundreds of objects look like identical flying birds with lights shining toward the ground. All of the birds are flying in precisely the same direction. Expand the image in google to see many more birds. In case you didn't get it, I found the image from approximately 1400 ft. at 33 04'29.15" N 97 32'21.02" W The date on the image was 4/10/13. Hope I'm not wasting your time. I appreciate what you'll are doing. jk Could this simply be digital artifacts (that's TUS' best guess so far) or something far weirder? Let TUS know if you've seen anything like this on Google Earth or in person!

Someone driving home in Houston spotted an unusually bright white light in the night sky - it could be a star or light on a tower, but since this is a routine drive for the witness, they were surprised and puzzled by the sight. TUS will try to follow up with this witness and find out if the object is still there - indicating a seasonal star or something like htat. See the photo they snapped and read the full MUFON report below: I was driving on 45n/beltway 8 and saw a bring light off to my right. Being close to iah I was thinking it was plan, but no a plan went right by it and the light didn't have those red and green side blinking lights. Could it be a star, maybe. A super bright one but ita possible. It didn't move or change any color but it didn't look natural at all. I have seen maybe things around the houston area, I would love to know what is really going on.
A YouTuber has been posting videos of strange orbs of light traveling about the nighttime sky - flying slow and sometimes just sitting there and hovering. At one point, you can see a large craft with three lights (forming a triangle) pass by one of these orbs: Here's the latest, full video: Meanwhile, a McAllen, TX resident (Andreas Nava) comented on the YouTube account, corroborating the footage and claiming to have seen these things land, and even provided Google Earth coordinates of the landing site: Im in South Texas, McAllen to be exact, and I have been seeing and in fact have chased such triangular objects in my area. I also chased them to a landing site that they have been using. Check it out on google earth: 26°14'3.19"N, 98°16'20.21"W. I have also caught photos and have multiple witnesses who have also seen these craft as well. They seem to be flying from Moore Air Field and over to Mexico. I chased them to the landing site shared with you on two separate occasions. I do not think these craft come form outside our planet. If anything, they may be extradementional and have the ability to go from a hover to super speeds and "disappear," as I have seen them do. TUS will continue to investigate this video and the resulting comment, but if you've seen anything like this in South Texas, report it!
"Strangest Thing I've Ever Seen Besides the Marfa lights" - Shooting STar or UFO? in Pflugerville3/2/2014
The month of February is usually a month of meteors; 2013 saw more than normal, however, and 2014 followed the same trend. So it's not much of a surprise that over in Pflugerville, a TUS reader spotted a shooting star the day before Valentines Day. However, what was a surprise, was how it behaved - stopping in mid air, turning and shooting off. So, maybe this wasn't a shooting star after all. Read the testimony yourself and be the judge: As I was driving to Dallas from Paris, a falling star cought my eye. I looked up to see that the rate of speed was slower than the typical falling star, then it instantly stopped and shot off at a 45 degree angle. The pattern of it's flight was that of a check mark drawn backwards, starting with the tail end and finishing with the short end. It was the strangest thing I've ever seen besides the Marfa lights years ago. I wanted to report this in case someone else saw something similar.
Two friends on motor bikes noticed a silent, low flying object flying over them - at first, they thought helicopter, and then they thought drone. Thankfully one of the witnesses kindly submitted a description of the "craft" to TUS: Returning from a Radio fund raiser in Austin with a friend, we were heading north bound on S mays approaching downtown Round Rock, when I noticed a glare coming from above me. I looked up, and saw, what first looked like a helicopter, but wasn't making much noise and was very low. I yelled to my friend Tina (we were on a motorcycle) to look up, she saw it too. I know I assumed it was a very low flying aircraft, but being only 50 or so feet off the ground, and making almost no noise, I started to suspect it to be a drone. Not sure why a Drone would be following me on my bike. Since the description is a little vague, the sky is pretty wide open as to what this could have been. Have you seen anything that might resemble a drone in the Round Rock area? Report it!
