Two local paranormal investigators have posted videos of supposed "spirit orbs," a phenomenon many ghost hunters believe in. Spirit orbs are an expression of light made by ghosts or the afterlife or other dimensions, whatever you want to call it/them. Or are these spirit orbs really just dust particles and lens flares? As always, you be the judge. Check out the videos below, which purport to show ghostly orbs visiting haunted locations during investigations by the San Antonio Ghost Hunters and a Houston local:

Video of some spooky looking clouds forming a hole and a ring in the night sky has been posted to YouTube. Check out the footage from the Hudson Bend lake: Zoomed in:
Is this the beginning of a smoke ring or some other known weather phenomenon, or is this a UFO?
Compare to other similar sightings of smoke rings:

And, as always, if you've seen a UFO over Texas recently, report it!
The Texas sky isn't always the prettiest to look at - many locals report seeing a sky full of smokey white trails. While most people will say these are "jet contrails," they often aren't - at least according to conspiracy theorists, including the late Prince. They are instead chemicals being sprayed over the general population by planes and drones. Here is some evidence of this "conspiracy theory" at work, from San Antonio several days ago:

Now see this comparison of a typical contrail versus a chemtrail, and watch the video below for more comparisons:

6/27/16 Update: Read latest report of black triangle craft over Spring Branch, Texas. (June 2nd) Witness speculates it is military craft. Original story Dallas area resident Emily was out on her back porch with her fiancee when they noticed a triangle, or V-shaped craft overhead. While there were no photos or videos of the event, it follows many documented sightings of triangle sightings in not only Texas, but California and Arizona:
Read the latest witness testimony of a triangle UFO in Texas:
My fiancé, his friend Aaron and I were on the back porch around 3am. It was very quite outside, Aaron randomly said "woah that's a square." My fiancé and I dismissed the statement since we didn't really see what he was talking about, but he repeated the statement again with more excitement and we looked up to see a V-shaped craft slowly gliding across the sky. It went over our heads and we followed it until the craft made a turn.

6/20/16: Another sighting of a similar UFO that is clearly not a balloon has been reported in Midland 3:40 PM Update: Mystery still unsolved... When I asked the witness what reason she had to believe this was a UFO and not a balloon, she replied that she considered that possibility (or that it could be a garbage bag), however while her "hand was shaky in the video... [the UFO] was gliding through the sky in a straight line. Probably a few thousand feet in the sky." The witness also described how the UFO appeared to split into two, vanished without a trace, and how the winds eerily died down during the UFO sighting. Share your thoughts on this developing story in the comments or on the Facebook page! Original story A dark gray or black object is seen wandering around a daytime sky in a video that was submitted to TexasUFOs. The witness said that in person, the UFO looked to change shapes: I had just parked my car and was closing my sunroof, but I stopped because I saw a black circle floating through the sky. I put my regular glasses on (since I had my sunglasses on) and tried to look closer. The video was taken with my sunroof open. I also snapped a picture though it's blurry. I wanted to take more video, I got out of my car and followed it with my eyes for a second. The shape was changing a little bit, it looked like it was splitting in to two, and re-forming, in respective order. It disappeared for a moment since a tree was in my line of sight, so I walked around the tree to watch it and it disappeared completely. I had a pretty good 360 view of the sky, it was so high up that it couldn't have gotten in a tree. It was traveling North. I didn't hear, smell or sense anything. It was quiet. There was another person outside but he didn't see the object. I wonder if anyone else did.
Could this just be a balloon?
While that is possible, it's worth it to note that other strange black "dots" or discs like these, which can not be so easily explained as balloons, have been spotted in Texas recently - a saucer-shaped object flew over Austin on June 16th, a very small gray object was filmed hovering and moving over El Paso weeks before that, and more memorably, a security guard saw flying saucer hover over a mall in Houston last month. Could these sightings be related?
