If you were hoping for Tom Delonge to announce a release date for his much-anticipated nonfiction UFO documentary, you might want to hold your breath. The only announcements we have been getting from the Delonge camp lately have been about his music and his fiction scifi empire. Instead of announcing a release date for a documentary revealing the truth about the UFOs and aliens, Delonge announced that he has hired actors and written the script for a fiction movie he will also be directing, called Strange Times.
Ahead of this news, Tom Delonge tweeted an eerie picture of a dead animal's bones with the caption "Scary things out there... - Stay tuned :)." The smiley face makes the tweet all the more confusing and hard to take seriously:
Delonge has been teasing very serious reveals about UFOs and aliens, however in 2017, he has done more joking and fantasizing about the topic than anything else. Can the UFO community take Delonge seriously anymore? It seems that he could actually be doing more harm than good to get the truth out right now, associating UFOs with fiction stories rather than real-life cases.
