Tales of alien abduction are as harrowing as they are hard to pin down - they aren't typically heavy on the evidence. However, it does appear there is a real phenomenon that has been occurring in our country for quite some time now - wherein people lose time and experience either a terrifying or confusing encounter with other entities in a strange room. These experiences can be chalked up to natural sleep paralysis and nightmares, but they're often associated with other strange unexplainable experiences - more often than not, UFO sightings. For instance - a Texan reported being transported to a sliver room and seeing her son there, and then about a month later reported seeing a bright yellow light traveling down the road. First, the strange "dream"(?) the witness had, as reported to MUFON: During Tuesday night as I always say went to bed earlier. It was a cool night so not much to do. Here's the UFO encounter that followed about a month later on February 1st: Trying to get over the flu with other members of my family sick with this illness. Someone had to take care of our family. I was the only one that was getting up after feeling that my brain was being fried from fever the night before. No, I had just run 101 fever Friday to Saturday evening. By Sunday I was up but, moving slow. The witness also made an illustration of the January encounter: Have you experienced anything like this in Texas recently? Report your sighting!

Someone spotted a really interesting object in the Dallas night sky, and luckily got it on camera and posted the footage to YouTube: Saw this strange light while at work tonight over downtown Dallas. Before the video started it came from the right side of the buildings pretty fast. Powerful surveillance drone? Experimental craft? Aliens? It's definitely SOMEthing! "Looks like Star Wars. I'm a believer. Stunned" - Two Silent Triangle UFO Sightings in Dallas Area4/22/2015
April has been quite the month. UFO sightings out the wazoo! And there's no sign of stopping... There were two sightings - one in Dallas and one in Fort Worth - of a triangle or "horseshoe" shaped object silently flying overhead - and apparently it was quite large. Here's the report out of Dallas; a photo and description submitted to the Texas UFO Sightings Facebook page: I just saw this over Dallas without lights! Exact shape but the lights were off....this was my drawing as soon as I got a pen. Sitting outside Velvet Taco and I happen to look up and I saw it. Now check this out, an eerily similar report out of nearby Fort Worth, graciously submitted to Texas UFO Sightings by reader Lisa Camacho: What we saw looked exactly like the photos uploaded. V shape or horseshoe shape. No lights or very dim. No sound whatsoever. Silver toned. One flew very low overhead and no way we would have heard it, laying in hot tub happened to be looking up. We think we saw only the tip of a wing. It was patterned, wavy lines and circles. THEY ARE F****** HUGE. Looks like Star Wars. I'm a believer. Stunned. Got ideas on what this could be? Seems too large and dim and quite to be a drone or typical craft, and with all the UFO sightings happening right now in the Lone Star State (of all varieties, too), who knows. Share your ideas on the Facebook page or in the comments!
Okay guys. The Stephenville lights... or something... are back. And they are all over Texas! People are seeing a collection of lights behaving very weirdly, and they're not Chinese lanterns, drones, meteors, planes, or satellites. People have been posting videos and photos similar to what was captured in Stephenville in the 80s, but frequently. While it's impossible to confirm that every one of these mass sightings is related, it definitely seems there's some kind of light phenomenon happening in Texas. Check out the latest of these reports - which was submitted to MUFON. You can also watch a 12 minute video of the event, but it's hard to make out the details. Check out some still images the witness shared, as well as their testimony: I was staying at valley motel rum 24 on the end, went out side to smoke a cigarette so a blinking light floating towards the road got phone camera, started first video on on side of Jacksboro high to film the one when I noticed as it went across the street there were a lot more, one man walking across street, asked him what those were, he said satellites and he didn't know and walked off, filmed the on it stayed hovered above street light, half way there 12 min video I got a chance to run across street film other half. I only filmed there that long because I was being yelled at by manager asking what I was doing, I said you don't see them. Poor old man couldn't. He made me go in. I tried to upload video but it was to big by mobile so I went back out and saw took small couple second video and 3 stills. the manager said the police were called because I was in the street, I went in side. it was about 20 mins before the police came and the video is not the best I was worried I was going to jail and looked over the officers there were 2 shoulders and saw one, and said look see it. and they did. the put in report I was looking at night sky. They left and I watched in the door for about 10 more mins manager made me go back in. Have you seen these odd lights in Texas too? Report it! I will put together a recap of all these related sightings soon.
Texas UFO Sightings reader John S witnessed a very peculiar sight in the Houston area, and although there are no photos or videos, his description is nice and detailed and eerily echoes many several recent sightings in the state of strange, seemingly intelligent lights forming all kinds of weird patterns: Apx 4:00 in the afternoon. Several light colored sphere shaped objects floating in loose synchronization behind a dark spiraling object, shaped like a looped boomerang, at apx 1000 feet. Traveling silently seemingly on a wind current, heading northeast coming from the southwest side of town. Shortly before this We saw a large military type propeller jet maybe a C-5 or C-130 aircraft flying in the same general direction, however more north bound. No ability to take a photo, we focused in on the objects with our binoculars, then they disappeared into the ongoing rain clouds. What are these lights? It's like the famous Stephenville lights from the 80s are back - but all over the Lone Star State this time, and super frequent, to the extent that we can barely process what's going on. These aren't drones, planes, birds or Chinese lanterns folks.
If you've got theories, share them in the comments or on the Facebook page. And as always - if you've seen these lights as well, or have seen any UFOs in Texas recently, report your sighting! |
